We are looking for a technically skilled, business-savvy, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Technical Account Manager / Pre-Sales Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAAS platforms, cybersecurity solutions, and enterprise client engagement, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
This role bridges the gap between technology, sales, and customer success — ensuring clients see tangible value from SimUphish while enabling the sales team to win with confidence.
• Deliver compelling product demos, technical presentations, and client workshops for enterprise prospects.
• Understand customer pain points, security maturity, and business goals to design tailored SimUphish solutions.
• Develop technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and compliance documentation in collaboration with sales.
• Lead proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, ensuring smooth setup and measurable outcomes.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for key enterprise and government clients.
• Drive onboarding, adoption, and continuous value realization from the SimUphish platform.
• Provide consultative guidance on campaign planning, reporting, and user behavior improvement.
• Build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders to expand account growth.
• Support customers in configuring integrations with Azure AD, Google Workspace, Exchange, SSO (SAML/OAuth), and internal systems.
• Troubleshoot deployment challenges and work with engineering for quick resolutions.
• Create documentation, guides, and technical playbooks for internal and customer use.
• Work closely with the Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align client requirements with platform capabilities.
• Translate client feedback into actionable insights for product improvement.
• Support channel partners and distributors with technical enablement and deal closure.
• Strong understanding of SaaS environments, cybersecurity products, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with phishing simulation, security awareness, or email security platforms (e.g., KnowBe4, Cofense, HumanFirewall, OutThink).
• Familiarity with:
- Identity & access management (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
- Email systems (O365, Exchange, Gmail)
- REST APIs and integrations
- Basic understanding of network and endpoint security principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication — capable of engaging both C-level executives and IT teams.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills to explain technical topics in business terms.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a solution-oriented, consultative approach.
• High ownership, accountability, and comfort in a fast-moving SaaS startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related technical discipline.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, or similar) are a plus.
