Job Description

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the technical relationships with assigned customers, focusing on Automation and Digitalization solutions. You will support the Account Manager in developing account strategies. Your main responsibilities will include: - Acting as the main technical contact for assigned accounts/industries - Translating customer needs into Siemens portfolio, technical solutions, and architectures - Providing in-depth account and industry knowledge - Maintaining broad technical knowledge within a specific area of responsibility (e.g. DI AUT) - Monitoring trends and competitive solutions - Customizing existing industry Solution Maps/blueprints to customer needs - Providing industry-specific portfolio and solution recommendations - Supporting the sales process with technical feasibility insights - Bridging Account Management, Sales Acceleration teams, Customer Solution Architect, and delivery partners - Working closely with CSA in customer and strategic engagements - Contributing to technical documents and presentations - Assessing costs of implementation In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also support Account Managers in developing technical strategies that complement commercial goals.
