Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients and maintain open communication throughout the sales process. Address client concerns and resolve any issues that may arise. Provide expert advice on market conditions and property values. Interact with CRM service provider on a regular basis to address any software related issues. Training and Development: Conduct regular sales training sessions on market knowledge, listing presentations, negotiation techniques, Objection handling and legal compliance. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to share knowledge with the team. Reporting and Analysis: Generate detailed sales reports to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement. Analyze sales data to identify patterns and make informed decisions about sales strategies.
