Description
As a Network Connectivity Services Provider at ICE Mortgage Technology, your role involves maintaining network connectivity services by performing various tasks such as device configurations, internal operating system upgrades, software upgrades, and deploying network devices like routers, switches, load balancers, and firewalls. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting circuit equipment and other network issues, monitoring and responding to network problems and incident tickets, and documenting status updates and resolutions using the case management system (CMS). Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing support, maintenance, and management of network infrastructure - Following documented network services processes and procedures, identifying gaps, and suggesting improvements - Administering and supporting network infrastructure throughout the hardware lifecycle, including installation, patching, upgrades, and hardware refresh - Responding to customer requests defined by management and completing assignments in a timely manner with acceptable quality - Troubleshooting network problems, recommending corrective procedures, and preparing activity reports as requested - Identifying workflow improvement opportunities, creating supporting documentation for review, and maintaining network services documentation - Completing network change requests within service level agreements and maintaining network lab and equipment inventory - Performing any other related duties as assigned Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience - Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical discipline or related field - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Knowledge of network technologies (e.g., routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, network and routing protocols, DNS) - Familiarity with basic IT technologies (e.g., operating systems, network devices, software development and architecture) - Proficiency in basic office tools - Ability to understand and apply technical concepts - Strong team skills, including establishing and maintaining effective working relationships - Flexibility, versatility, and dependability Please note that this role offers work-from-home flexibility of 1 day per week.,
