Role & responsibilities Technical: * New hospitals network design & architecture * Installation and Configuration: Install, configure and test Network Devices/Applications like Switches, Routers, Firewall, VPNs, Access, Points, etc. * Troubleshooting: troubleshoot and resolve the incidents reported in Network Hardware/Software. This includes Switches, Routers, Firewall, VPNs, Access Points, Endpoint Security Etc. * PMS: Verify and Validate PMS activities performed by Network Admins. Also Make Sure PMS is performed as per Schedule and there is no variations or delays * Daily Checklist: Verify and validate daily checklist activities performed by Network Admins * Guide Network Admin whenever required in troubleshooting and resolving network incidents * Any Task assigned by Reporting Manager or Higher Officials in the department * Maintain the Required Compliance for IT Controls for Networks * Perform System and Network Audit.
