We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in affordable housing and housing loans. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals to expand the client base. Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide personalized solutions. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue from existing clients. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in relationship management, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of affordable housing and housing loans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
