Role & responsibilities Tenant Engagement : Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current tenants Understand tenant needs and recommend suitable rental properties Conduct property tours and virtual showings Leasing Process Management : Prepare and process leasing documents and rental agreements Ensure compliance with local housing regulations and company policies Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures Property Management : Oversee day-to-day operations of rental properties post-occupancy Handle maintenance requests, inspections, and tenant concerns Collaborate with vendors and contractors for property upkeep Investor Relations : Communicate with property investors regarding leasing performance and occupancy rates Provide insights and updates on market trends and tenant feedback Assist in identifying investment opportunities and property improvements Site Visits & Development Oversight : Visit construction sites to monitor progress and ensure readiness for leasing Liaise with builders and project managers to align timelines with leasing goals Preferred candidate profile Education : Bachelors degree in any disciplineyour passion and attitude matter more than your major. Communication Skills : Fluent in spoken and written English, with confidence in engaging tenants and investors professionally.
