Prepare and process leasing documents and rental agreements
Ensure compliance with local housing regulations and company policies
Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures
Property Management
:
Oversee day-to-day operations of rental properties post-occupancy
Handle maintenance requests, inspections, and tenant concerns
Collaborate with vendors and contractors for property upkeep
Investor Relations
:
Communicate with property investors regarding leasing performance and occupancy rates
Provide insights and updates on market trends and tenant feedback
Assist in identifying investment opportunities and property improvements
Site Visits & Development Oversight
:
Visit construction sites to monitor progress and ensure readiness for leasing
Liaise with builders and project managers to align timelines with leasing goals

Education

Bachelors degree in any disciplineyour passion and attitude matter more than your major.

Communication Skills

Fluent in spoken and written English, with confidence in engaging tenants and investors professionally.
