Job Summary:

Investment Advisor Commercial

Key Responsibilities:

• Call on lead, Conduct site visits, property inspections, and closure the deals.
• Identify and advise clients on profitable commercial real estate investment opportunities
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, and property evaluations to support client decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and property owners.
• Prepare and present investment proposals, ROI reports, and portfolio recommendations.
• Negotiate and close investment deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and emerging investment opportunities.
• Maintain and update reports, client databases, and market insights regularly.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth lease execution.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Provide strategic inputs for portfolio optimization and client retention.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Experience:

  Proven experience 3+ years in property management preferred.

• Educational Qualification

  : Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong

  financial and market analysis

  capabilities.
• Experience in Real estate & build industries is a Plus.
• Excellent

  communication, presentation, and negotiation

  skills.
• In-depth understanding of

  investment strategies, property valuation, and ROI models

  .
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office, Excel, CRM tools, and real estate analytics platforms

  .
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver results under deadlines.
• Should have a 2-wheeler vehicle with DL Mandatory.
• Willingness to travel on field.
