Job Summary

The Senior Investment Advisor will be responsible for managing high-value client portfolios, providing strategic investment advice, and ensuring clients achieve their long-term financial goals. This role requires in-depth market knowledge, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in wealth management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor customized investment strategies based on client needs, goals, and risk profiles.
  • Advise clients on a range of investment products, including equities, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, alternative investments, and retirement plans.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.
  • Monitor market trends, economic developments, and investment opportunities to provide proactive portfolio recommendations.
  • Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and risk assessments to ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (research, compliance, sales) to deliver a seamless advisory experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Participate in business development initiatives to expand the client base and increase assets under management (AUM).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Relevant certifications such as CFP, CFA, CWM, or NISM (depending on jurisdiction).
  • 3+ years of experience in investment advisory, wealth management, or portfolio management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow high-value client portfolios.
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity.

Performance Metrics

  • Client satisfaction and retention rate
  • Growth in AUM (Assets Under Management)
  • Achievement of revenue and advisory fee targets
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
