Job Title: Territory Sales Executive (HoReCa)

Company Overview:

We are a fast-growing food processing company and a division of a reputed manufacturing group with operations based .Our diverse product portfolio caters to the ever-evolving needs of the Food & Beverage industry, particularly in the HoReCa (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering) segment. We're expanding our reach and looking for passionate sales professionals to join our team.

Territory Sales Executive HoReCa

• Driving sales growth in the

  HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering)

  segment.
• Developing and executing strategic plans to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, chefs, and procurement heads.
  
• Ensuring effective coverage design and supply chain coordination in the territory.
  
• Planning and executing promotional and business initiatives to increase product visibility and market share.
  
• Managing collections and ensuring timely payments from distributors and clients.
  
• Ensuring distributor compliance with company policies and operational standards.
  

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate or MBA with relevant experience in

  Institutional Sales / HoReCa segment

  .
• 1-4 years of sales experience in the

  food & beverage or FMCG industry

  preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end sales processes.
  
• Willingness to travel within the territory.
