Senior Administrative Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Operations Management:

Oversee and manage daily administrative functions across all departments.
Ensure efficient coordination between HR, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams.
Supervise facility management, vendor coordination, and logistics arrangements.
Maintain compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and government regulations.
Optimize operational workflows and implement process improvements.

Financial & Budgetary Support:

Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and budget control.
Support finance teams in vendor payments, procurement approvals, and expense management.
Review financial statements, purchase orders, and departmental budgets for accuracy.
Monitor cost efficiency and recommend cost-saving initiatives.

People & Performance Management:

Lead and mentor administrative staff to ensure peak performance and professional growth.
Develop and implement staff training, evaluation, and improvement programs.
Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between teams.

Policy & Strategic Planning:

Draft, update, and enforce administrative policies and procedures.
Support senior management in business strategy formulation and implementation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS for management review.
