Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Office & Site Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day administration at the corporate office and multiple project sites.
  • Implement and monitor policies for facilities management, housekeeping, security, transport, and logistics.
  • Ensure timely procurement and maintenance of office/site infrastructure, utilities, and services.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for office and site administration.

2. Compliance & Legal Administration

  • Ensure adherence to all statutory, municipal, and regulatory compliances relevant to real estate projects and corporate operations.
  • Maintain records, licenses, permits, and certifications across offices and sites.
  • Liaise with legal and statutory authorities to resolve issues as required.

3. Insurance Management

  • Handle all corporate and project-related insurances (property, construction, site execution, etc.).
  • Ensure timely renewals, claim processing, and compliance with insurance policies.
  • Maintain insurance documentation and coordinate with brokers/ insurers for settlements.

4. People & Process Management

  • Supervise administrative teams across project sites and corporate office.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for administration.
  • Monitor performance of administration staff and ensure alignment with company policies.

5. Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Prepare and manage annual administrative budgets.
  • Track and optimize costs related to facilities, utilities, travel, and insurance.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of administrative resources across projects.

Any other support required by the Senior Management from time to time.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/ Postgraduate in Administration/ Management/ Commerce or related field.
  • 12 - 15 years of experience in Administration, preferably in real estate/construction/infra companies.
  • Hands-on experience in handling compliances, insurance, and multi-site operations.
  • Proven experience in drafting and implementing Admin policies and procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Flexibility to travel across project sites as required.
