Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily accounting and financial operations of the organization.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analyses.
Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and audit procedures.
Manage working capital, cash flow, and fund requirements efficiently.
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
Evaluate investment opportunities, risk management strategies, and cost-control measures.
Support management in financial planning, decision-making, and policy formulation.
Implement financial systems, internal controls, and process improvements.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team.
