Gender - Female / Male Experience - 10 to 12 years Education - Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Marketing Job Location - Rabale (Navi Mumbai) Role & responsibilitiesRole & responsibilities Role & Responsibilities : * Able to add value by being 1 step up from the reportees / channel partners. * To achieve Sales targets. * Understand own products - Tab on Competition products. * Build up steady funnel - rental to Sales switchover. * Monthly reports to be sent to relevant team members. * Generate Quotations /track and close deal directly /thru channels where applicable. * Develop Channel for effective sales where required . * Identify /develop talent from the team /channel partners and help for support appln. * Check feasibility of team reporting /channels to handle new products as and when getting released by CTS. * Effective mileage from conferences and workshops /seminars participation. Customer Relationship Management * Ensure joint customer visits with CTS Appln team / Channel sales -support team. * Understand the network of Purchase /Stores/BME/OT Tech /Accounts especially for rental business payments. * Liase with Hospital BMEs for getting the necessary training done. * Regular customer feedback - outright sales / rental base. * Evolve sales strategic analysis coupled with competitive analysis keeping Company Core values and mission plans focussed. * Ensure regular customer references and generate business thru repeat sales. Revenue Generated * Track CTS executed orders for repeat Consumables business. * Ensure ARs in line with the company policy - review on regular basis. * Employ SWOT analysis on regular basis.
