Job Description

The Business Development Officer will be responsible for expanding agency business by creating a strong advisor network and ensuring steady revenue generation through consistent field execution.

Key Responsibilities

Build advisor pipeline through cold calls, referrals, and local events
Train advisors on products and sales processes
Generate business through joint field visits
Achieve monthly business and recruitment targets
Strengthen advisor loyalty and long-term association

Eligibility

1+ year experience in field sales across any sector
Mandatory incentive earning proof of 25,000 in one year
High energy, self-driven, and result-oriented profile
