Job Description: You will be responsible for managing relationship sales deliverables in the fastest growing sales channel in the financial services industry. Your role will involve fieldwork, sourcing, and nurturing village level Business Correspondents (BC) by building relationships and cross-selling assets, liability products, and investment products. You will act as the bridge between the village, BC, and the bank branch. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing and acquiring additional incremental customers from the particular village cluster for the bank through references and cold calling.
