Job Description

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for handling personalized service requests of Privy customers, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory and internal approved prescribed requirements for the Privy customer segment. Additionally, you will be tasked with generating timely business MIS, coordinating with CPC/RPC/Investment desks for account opening of Privy customers, and managing complaints of Privy customers to ensure resolution within the stipulated TAT. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as a customer service orientation. Developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers will be a key part of your responsibilities. It is essential to have a courteous and polite demeanor, along with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and an understanding of banking norms and processes.
