Job Purpose

This position will support for providing IT support to various operational and functional areas of the site, in line with business objectives and IT roadmap.

Key Accountabilities
Supporting the business in planning, Implementation, Maintenance and enhancements to IT-infrastructure at Dhamra Port.Digital Security Operations & Risk managementClose collaboration with user department & vendors to resolve all IT issues for overall improvement of Services.IT budget planning and preparation, close monitoring and analysis of budget through maintenance and updating of variance reports and detailed analytical presentations.Seamless end to end IT support to internal and external customers.Implementation of ISO27001 standards. Review of all the policies, procedures and documents as per ISO27001 standardContract management with Vendors. Renewal and negotiation of the contracts. SLA needs to be defined for each contractor with strict adherence to same.Involvement and support for team engagement & collaborative workplace initiatives at the site levelIT-Infra support & service delivery along with Asset management10End user support with incident management11Network & server management with monitoring12IT Project Solution Designing & Implementation13Managing IT budget with SAP Operation14Keep abreast with the latest developments in the IT field

Qualifications
Experience & Educational Requirements
Educational Qualifications
(degree, training, or certification required)Full Time BCA/ MCA/B.Sc (IT)/M.Sc (IT)/MBA (IT)/B.Tech (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics,Electrical). Additional IT related degrees or certifications in SAP/Network infrastructure will be an additional advantage.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
(no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required) Total years of experience in supporting IT infrastructure in an industrial setup: 8+ years for Bachelors degree and 6+ years for Masters degree.
