Call to HR, directly at +(91)8697950822 Team Leader – Back Office Operations (Finance & Banking) Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage and coordinate a team of back office executives in our Finance & Banking operations unit. The ideal candidate should possess 2–3 years of relevant experience, with a deep understanding of back-end banking processes such as transaction processing, reconciliation, KYC/AML verification, and data management. Leadership skills, accuracy, and efficiency are key to this role. Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage daily activities of the back office team in line with SLAs. Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverable. Review team output including data entry, transaction processing, documentation, and compliance checks. Act as the first point of escalation for process-related issues and ensure swift resolutions. Coordinate with and compliance teams for seamless information flow. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, banking protocols, and internal audit policies. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance productivity and skill-sets. Prepare and present performance reports, productivity dashboards, and MIS to management. Recommend process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy.
