Team Leader - Operations

As an Execution Team Leader at Snickr, a fast-growing startup in the home services sector in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, your role will involve leading and managing daily field operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Daily Operations Planning - Coordinate with the call center for daily service leads. - Prepare and share morning roadmaps for teams based on client locations and service requirements. - Ensure manpower planning and availability according to daily workload. - Team Management - Supervise 5 field teams and guide supervisors on task allocation. - Conduct daily briefings and maintain work discipline. - Recruit and retain manpower as per operational needs. - Train team members on Snickr processes and client handling. - Execution & Quality Monitoring - Monitor team performance in the field. - Conduct surprise checks to ensure service quality and process adherence. - Ensure timely completion of assigned leads with quality output. - Attend home visit enquiries directly when assigned. - Client Satisfaction & Service Excellence - Ensure client satisfaction with services provided. - Resolve escalations promptly and maintain strong customer relationships. - Collect client feedback for continuous improvement. - Resource & Inventory Management - Ensure availability of required tools, machines, and materials for daily work. - Monitor stock levels and request purchases for replenishment. - Maintain machines and equipment in working condition. Qualifications Required: - Graduation/Diploma in any discipline (Operations/Management preferred). - 3 years of experience in field operations, facility management, or service execution. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Good communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi. - Ability to plan, organize, and execute daily field operations. - Customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.
