Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities Handle incoming service leads from customers via app, website, or phone. Act as a primary point of contact for customer support queries in Tirupati. Coordinate with the relevant vendor/service partners to assign and complete tasks. Monitor task status and ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of service requests, status updates, and follow-ups. Assist in onboarding new vendors and ensuring quality compliance. Gather feedback from both customers and vendors to improve operations. Resolve service-related issues efficiently and escalate complex concerns when required. Collaborate with the central operations and tech team for process improvements. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, Operations, or Management). 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer service, or vendor coordination. Strong communication skills in English and Telugu. Good negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, and basic tech platforms. Experience in a service-based or startup environment is a plus. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Tirupati .
