Team Leader - Operations

As a Production Manager at Colgate-Palmolive in Sricity, Andhra Pradesh, India, your role will involve effectively managing production activities and resources at the shop floor to deliver operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through continuous improvement while maintaining positive employee relations. **Core Responsibilities:** - Responsible for production KPIs such as AU, UPDT & AML - Implementing EHS & Quality standard expectations - Efficiently managing resources (Man, Machine, Materials) to minimize downtime by actively guiding line teams and maintaining crewing norms - Leading Line Teams to resolve quality problems and participating in meetings with Line Teams - Overseeing equipment maintenance, spare parts management, and providing technical training to Technicians & Team Members - Active presence on the shop floor, effective communication, coaching & feedback **Qualifications Required:** - B.E. /B.
