About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Overseas Recruitment to manage, guide, and drive a recruitment team toward successful overseas hiring. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Management & Leadership Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruitment executives to achieve hiring targets. Allocate job requirements and monitor team performance. Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and process improvement initiatives. 2. Recruitment Operations Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for clients. Ensure high-quality sourcing, screening, and selection across skilled, semi‐skilled, and unskilled categories. Schedule and manage client interviews, trade tests, and selection events. 3. Client Coordination & Relationship Management Act as a primary point of contact for clients. Understand manpower requirements, timelines, and industry-specific demands. 4. Reporting & Database Management Track hiring progress through reports, MIS updates, and client dashboards. Analyze recruitment metrics and implement action plans for achieving results. Requirements: Graduate with strong leadership and communication skills. 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment (Team handling experience preferred). Strong knowledge of job portals, networking channels, and hiring techniques.
