Opening for Team Lead E-commerce Voice Process (Lucknow)

We are inviting applications for the position of Team Lead for an e-commerce escalation inbound voice process based in Lucknow. This is strictly a mid-level requirement, and only experienced candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be considered.

Eligibility Criteria

• A minimum of 3 years of total BPO experience.
• At least 1 year of documented Team Lead experience.
• Strong command of English with fluency, along with the ability to speak Hindi comfortably.
• Graduate with 15 years of completed academic qualification.
• Familiar with BPO Team Lead hygiene, performance tracking, and escalation management.
• Candidates with a notice period of

  15 days or less

  will be preferred.
• Candidates from Lucknow or Uttar Pradesh are highly encouraged to apply.
  

Role Expectations

• Supervise and guide a team handling escalation queries for an e-commerce voice process.
• Maintain operational discipline, quality parameters, and process adherence.
• Monitor performance metrics including quality scores, attendance, CSAT, and productivity.
• Manage end-to-end team responsibilities such as coaching, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
• Address escalated customer concerns with accuracy and prompt resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Prepare and share performance reports and maintain proper documentation.

Compensation

• Offered CTC:
