Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Execute accurate
scheme calculations
and handle
all types of claim settlements
across channels.
Manage
visibility and claims tracking
including TOT, Promo, Sell-out, Support & Visibility claims.
Perform comprehensive
data integrity checks
and apply robust algorithms to ensure correct claim calculation.
Process invoices for
multiple international subsidiaries
, ensuring correctness in billing, coding, and calculations.
Prepare and execute
invoice billing runs
for review and further processing.
Review invoices for appropriate
PO documentation
, approvals, and compliance before payment.
Develop and streamline
integrated approval workflows
to expedite claim approvals and settlements.
Manage and guide team members to achieve process accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure strong communication and presentation when interacting with internal teams and clients.
Work collaboratively in a
team-oriented environment
to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain a
client-focused and solution-oriented
approach in handling queries and escalations.
Utilize
Advanced Excel skills
(VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, COUNTIF, SUMIF, IF functions, formulas) for data analysis and reporting.

Excellent
analytical skills
and accuracy in calculations
Advanced proficiency in
MS Excel
Strong communication & presentation abilities
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills
Ability to manage teams and collaborate effectively
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
