🌟 Role Overview

Talent Operations Coordinator

This role requires someone who can operate independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and bring maturity and clarity to HR operations.


🔹 What You’ll Do


Talent Workflow Management

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding for HR talent, interns, candidates, and program participants.
  • Build smooth communication flows and ensure timely updates via email, WhatsApp, and internal systems.
  • Drive a superior talent experience through structured processes.


Operational Excellence

  • Own internal trackers, reporting dashboards, schedules, and documentation.
  • Improve processes and introduce efficiencies across HR cycles.
  • Ensure compliance, accuracy, and consistency in all operational activities.


Communication & Coordination

  • Draft polished communication briefs, updates, and operational announcements.
  • Coordinate information between HR, operations, and learning teams.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of tasks.


Event & Program Execution

  • Coordinate virtual HR events, onboarding cycles, and learning sessions.
  • Handle backend logistics, data management, and participant communication.
  • Support leadership in execution of HR initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

  • Interact with HR professionals, trainers, partners, and community members.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships that drive trust and reliability.
  • Provide timely updates and reports to leadership.


🔎 Who You Are (Requirements)

  • 3–4 years of experience in HR operations, talent coordination, or people operations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-handling skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple parallel workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Strong process mindset and comfort with documentation + data tracking.
  • Exposure to HR technology, recruitment, talent development, or operations is a bonus.
