Job Description

In this role at Talkdesk, as a part of the Talent Operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting both talent acquisition and talent management functions. Your responsibilities will include coordinating recruitment activities, managing talent data and systems, and supporting various talent-related initiatives. Your efforts will contribute to ensuring smooth talent processes, accurate data maintenance, and a positive candidate and employee experience. Your key responsibilities will include: - Scheduling candidate onsite & virtual interviews globally for the Talent Acquisition team using scheduling applications - Managing day-of-interview operations to provide a seamless experience for candidates - Developing and implementing strategies, workflows, and processes to enhance the scalability and seamlessness of the talent acquisition process - Assisting in optimizing and providing training for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including documentation in the company wiki - Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of ATS data - Offering Tier 1 support and resolving day-to-day issues for end-users of the ATS - Conducting reference checks for candidates at the offer stage as required Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Administration preferred - Ability to work in the Bengaluru office four days per week - Exposure to Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Previous experience in a fast-growing startup advantageous - Strong analytical and quantitative skills to translate analysis into actionable tasks - Exceptional interpersonal skills to develop rapport with diverse candidates - Capability to build strong trusting relationships in a demanding and high-performing work environment Please note that Talkdesk is a cloud contact center leader recognized by influential research organizations like Gartner and Forrester.
