Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Operations Specialist to support our growing People function, with a primary focus on recruitment coordination. This role will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process, supporting both candidates and internal stakeholders. You will manage the operational logistics of our recruitment cycle, help optimize our talent systems, and contribute to improving the overall candidate and hiring manager experience.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Recruitment Coordination

  • Schedule interviews across multiple time zones for candidates and hiring teams
  • Manage candidate communications, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Coordinate pre-interview logistics, including assessments, travel (if needed), and follow-ups
  • Maintain accuracy and data integrity in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Support candidate onboarding handoff in collaboration with HR or People Ops

Talent Operations

  • Support recruitment processes optimization and enhance recruitment documentation
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve interview workflows and scheduling efficiency
  • Assist with reporting and analytics on recruiting metrics and KPIs
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of talent tools and platforms (ATS, scheduling tools, HRIS, etc.)

Continuous Improvement

  • Proactively identify and address inefficiencies in recruitment coordination
  • Collaborate on special projects across the Talent or People team (e.g., employer branding, candidate experience surveys, recruiting events)


Requirements

WHO YOU ARE

  • 4+ years in recruitment coordination, talent operations, or a similar Recruitment/People function
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, Workday experience is desirable
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a passion for operational excellence
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Bonus: Experience supporting international/Australian recruiting and/or working with distributed teams
