Talent Acquisition Lead
that is responsible for the identification and acquisition of finding the exceptional talent across India.If you're thoughtful, excellent at articulating a company story, creative in your approach, able to provide excellent care for candidates and advise hiring leaders accurately and effectively while balancing multiple searches simultaneously in a vibrant environment – this could be your dream job!
Responsibilities
- Plan, Lead and execute hiring plan / strategy across all aligned business verticals
- Develop structured process for talent mapping & market intelligence and present to business periodically. Uses data and metrics, and an understanding of the long-term business requirements, to advise a division, set of countries, or subsidiary on the implications of talent gaps.
- Meeting regularly with business heads to understand growth plans and recommend effective and tailored recruiting strategies.
- You will be completely accountable for recruitment delivery in all aligned business functions. This role might have few TA Specialist aligned directly/indirectly
- Ensure the team understands the business well and the requirements and expectations of the role. Have the team trained on advanced sourcing skills
- Managing the full lifecycle of recruiting - sourcing, screening, interviews, selection etc.
- Ensure adherence to hiring SLA’s & KPI consistently and have full accountability to ensure the team meets the KPIs at all given times
- Define and execute various global recruitment Projects that add values to business (candidate pipeline, employer branding, HM experience etc.)
About You
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment, ideally in a System Integrator / IT /Telecom company with an experience of managing direct and transversal teams.
- Master’s degree and/or equivalent professional work experience
- Good understanding, knowledge and experience working in India market
- Successful track record filling deadline driven recruitment project and experience filling senior and highly complex positions
- Executive presence with a demonstrable track record of building and maintaining partnerships with business heads.
- Results driven with a tenacious mentality to multi-task in an agile, deadline driven environment
- Ability to foresee strategic business needs and talent markets in developing recruitment strategies, programs and tools in support of strategic objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English and any other language as an advantage.
