Human Resource Talent Acquisition

Position Summary

HR Talent Acquisition

Job Responsibilities

1. Design and update job descriptions

2. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like StackOverflow and Behance)

3. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

4. Screen incoming resumes and application forms

5. Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

6. Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests

7. Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally

8. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

9. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits

10. Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire

11. Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events

12. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Experience

  • Between 4-10 years of Experience in field of HR Recruitment including 2+ years of proven experience in Accounting & Tax Hiring
  • Experience in creative and aggressive sales prospecting, a hunter mentality
  • Professional and fearless presentation skills
  • Capability to build a strong rapport with existing and potential clients
  • Self-motivated, high personal expectations, team player, client focused, well organized

Knowledge and skills

  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Experience with sourcing techniques
  • Understanding of referral programs
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound judgement
  • Strong written and verbal communication and ability to articulate and influence customers with clarity of thought process.
  • Excellent presentation skills,
  • Ability to work under stringent timeliness
  • Out of box thinking and ability to adapt to change.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Ability to seek and develop new relationships to achieve strategic business objectives
  • Communicate with authority and conviction in all situations with all levels of staff/client organizations
