Job Description

Responsibilities:

Drive the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
Source and attract candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with organizational requirements
Manage offer rollouts and coordinate smooth onboarding processes
Maintain and update candidate records using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for diverse roles
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Handle team coordination and support in achieving recruitment targets
Work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
