Job Description

Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and optimize
product listings
on multiple e-commerce platforms
Update online
catalogues
with new products and product information
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of product data
Onboard new
vendors and SKUs
into the system
Resolve issues at both vendor and SKU levels efficiently
Take necessary actions to maintain
Amazon Account Health
and other platform standards
Coordinate with departments to resolve operational challenges and process bottlenecks
Manage daily task volumes while maintaining
quality standards
Perform
analysis
and prepare reports as per business requirements
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of pending tasks to meet business timelines
Maintain proper documentation and update internal trackers for process compliance and accuracy
