E-commerce Specialist

Qualification: Any PG/UG

Experience: 4-8 years preferably with luxury, confectionery, or FMCG brands.

Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Specialist to spearhead the online sales strategy for our premium product vertical. This role, you will be responsible for setting up and managing our digital sales channels from the ground up, driving direct-to-consumer (D2C) and marketplace growth, optimizing user experience, and ensuring high-conversion campaigns. The right candidate will have the commercial acumen, operational discipline, and creative flair to make our products leaders in the GCC’s luxury gifting and lifestyle market. 

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Setup & Management

Launch and manage our online store (Shopify, WooCommerce, or equivalent) with a seamless, high-converting customer journey.

Oversee product listings, pricing, and inventory synchronization across all platforms.

Sales Channel Growth

Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategies for D2C, marketplaces (Amazon, Noon), and curated platforms (Talabat Mart, gifting portals, etc.).

Plan and deliver seasonal campaign calendars (Ramadan, Eid, National Day, seasonal gifting).

Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition

Run targeted performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, email/SMS, and affiliate networks.

Monitor KPIs such as CAC, retention, and average order value, using analytics to optimize campaigns.

Content & Merchandising

Collaborate with design/content teams to create high-impact product pages, visuals, and landing pages.

Ensure all creative assets align with brand positioning and market trends in the GCC chocolate and luxury goods sector.

Operations & Fulfilment

Establish and manage logistics, courier tie-ups, and fulfilment processes, optimizing for speed and cost efficiency.

Oversee customer service touchpoints, returns, and post-purchase engagement.

Market & Competitor Intelligence

Research and report on e-commerce, gifting, and luxury trends in the GCC.

Recommend new features, platforms, or strategies based on market developments.
