About the Role:

E-Commerce Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations across marketplaces (Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, JioMart) and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto).
  
• Upload, optimize, and maintain product listings with accurate titles, images, descriptions, and keywords.
  
• Monitor inventory, pricing, promotions, and product visibility across platforms.
  
• Coordinate with marketplace account managers for campaigns, deals, visibility boosts, and promotions.
  
• Track and analyze sales performance, conversion rates, ad spend, and profitability.
  
• Plan and execute marketplace-specific marketing campaigns, lightning deals, and brand store enhancements.
  
• Manage returns, customer issues, negative reviews, and ensure compliance with policies.
  
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on marketplace KPIs and performance trends.
  
• Collaborate with operations, design, marketing, and finance teams for smooth order fulfillment and growth planning.
  
• Stay updated with marketplace trends, competitor strategies, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  
• 1–4 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces (beauty industry preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Nykaa Partner Center, Flipkart Seller Hub, and quick commerce dashboards.
  
• Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and performance reporting.
  
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and ensure seamless operations.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
