Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist, based in Bawana, Delhi. The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales channels, overseeing product listings, analyzing sales data, and developing strategies to improve e-commerce performance. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify trends
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and experience in managing online sales
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Understanding of sales principles with the ability to develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus
