We are seeking an Operations & Supply Chain Manager to oversee production, warehousing, logistics, vendor management, and compliance. This role is critical to ensure product availability, cost efficiency, and smooth distributor deliveries as we continue our growth journey. Key Responsibilities Manage coordination with private label manufacturing partners. Oversee inventory planning, stock levels, and order tracking. Coordinate with vendors for packaging, raw materials, and logistics. Handle invoicing, GST compliance, and finance team coordination. Ensure timely dispatches to distributors and retailers. Identify and implement cost-saving and process improvement opportunities. Work closely with sales and marketing to align supply with demand. Desired Candidate Profile: 3- 6 years of experience in supply chain/operations (FMCG or beverages preferred). Strong knowledge of logistics, vendor management, and distribution. Familiarity with GST, invoicing, and inventory management software. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
