Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist, based in Bawana, Delhi. The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales channels, overseeing product listings, analyzing sales data, and developing strategies to improve e-commerce performance. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify trends Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and experience in managing online sales Effective communication and customer service skills Understanding of sales principles with the ability to develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets Strong organizational and time-management skills Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus Previous experience in an e-commerce or sales role is preferred
