Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management: Update product info, images, pricing, and content; ensure site functionality across devices.
Digital Marketing: Assist with SEO, email campaigns, and promotional activities; track performance.
Data & Reporting: Monitor KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion), analyze data, and create reports to find optimization opportunities.
Operations: Manage inventory, coordinate fulfillment, handle customer service inquiries, and process returns.
Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, IT, and logistics teams to align online strategy with overall goals.
Optimization: Implement A/B testing, improve UX, and conduct competitor analysis.

Essential Skills:

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce).
Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Technical aptitude (basic HTML/Photoshop is a plus).

Typical Duties:

Loading new products and managing the product lifecycle.
Executing site refreshes, sales, and new collection launches.
Testing new features (UAT/QA).
Managing third-party vendor relationships.
Inventory management
Coordination with Retail Stores

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
