Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, explain flavors, offer recommendations, and handle inquiries/complaints positively.
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately scoop ice cream, prepare sundaes, milkshakes, and other treats as requested.
• Transactions: Process payments (cash/card) and operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system efficiently.
• Shop Maintenance: Keep serving areas, dipping cabinets, and equipment clean, organized, and stocked.
• Inventory: Restock cones, cups, toppings, and other supplies; report low stock.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues for smooth operations, especially during busy times.
