Job description for Executive Assistant - Female Act as the first point of contact for the Director with internal and external clients. Knowledge of all secretarial and office admin works. Arrange and coordinate meetings/conferences in liaison with the Meeting and Events Planning team when applicable. . Anticipate travel needs of executive and independently coordinate complex travel arrangements, typically involving when multiple changes and destinations based on understanding of executives Availability and obligations. Willingness to travel across India along with MD for any requirements on Business Trip. Support with travel documentation and procedures (visa/passport procedures). Provide telephone support (i.e. Answer calls promptly and courteously). Act as Executives representative to independently handle necessary official calls.
