Job Description

Role Title - International Brand Manager Department - Branding & Marketing Reporting - Managing Director Location & Shift - Noida (11am - 8 pm should be flexible) Role purpose As a Brand Manager, you will drive brand identity, market presence, and audience engagement. Your role includes developing branding strategies, leading product marketing and go-to-market initiatives, managing product launches, and optimizing campaigns. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure brand consistency and analyze key performance metrics to enhance visibility. If you are passionate about branding and marketing innovation, this is an exciting opportunity! Key Accountabilities - Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and refine strategies to align with company objectives and market needs. - Product Marketing & GTM Strategy: Lead product marketing, crafting value propositions, and executing go-to-market plans. - Product Launches & Marketing Campaigns : Plan and execute product launches and multi-channel marketing campaigns. - Digital Marketing & Brand Identity: Manage digital marketing efforts and ensure brand identity consistency across platforms. - Promotion & Market Research: Drive promotional activities and conduct research to optimize brand messaging and positioning. - Cross-Team Collaboration & Communication: Work with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective brand communication. - Performance Tracking & Optimization: Analyze KPIs and use data-driven insights for continuous improvement. Role Specific Requirements - Education: Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field ( preferably from a top-tier college ). - Experience: 10+ years in brand management, product marketing, or go-to- market roles. - Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills with a passion for branding and marketing innovation. - Tech Proficiency: Expertise in marketing tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and social media management.
