Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Lead HR Recruitment to manage and oversee

the end-to-end hiring process for Digital Consultants (DCs) and Team Leads (TLs) across designated

locations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in bulk sales hiring, proven team

management skills, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Core Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and guide a team of HR Recruiters to meet hiring targets.

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities for Digital Consultant and Team Lead roles.
• Distribute hiring requirements within the team and monitor progress.
• Evaluate team performance daily and provide coaching for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in any discipline is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Team Lead in HR Recruitment
• (preferably in sales/bulk hiring).
• Strong experience in field hiring and frontline sales recruitment.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Shine, Indeed, and Apna.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

• Target-driven and proactive recruitment approach.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple roles/locations simultaneously.
• Good understanding of the sales domain and talent landscape.
