Key responsibilities of a TA Lead

  • Strategy development:

    Creating and implementing hiring strategies and plans to meet staffing needs.
  • Team management:

    Leading and managing a talent acquisition team.
  • Recruitment execution:

    Overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Candidate experience:

    Ensuring a positive and high-quality experience for all candidates.
  • Stakeholder management:

    Partnering with hiring managers and other business leaders to understand their needs and to source candidates.
  • Employer branding:

    Working to attract top talent by acting as a brand ambassador for the company.
