Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Lead at Orange Business, you will play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring exceptional talent across India. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning, leading, and executing hiring plans/strategies across all aligned business verticals. - Developing a structured process for talent mapping and market intelligence, using data and metrics to advise on talent gaps. - Meeting regularly with business heads to understand growth plans and recommend effective recruiting strategies. - Being completely accountable for recruitment delivery in all aligned business functions, ensuring adherence to hiring SLAs and KPIs consistently. - Managing the full lifecycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection. - Defining and executing various global recruitment projects that add value to the business, such as candidate pipeline development and employer branding initiatives. To excel in this role, you should have: - A minimum of 8 to 10 years of recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment, preferably in a System Integrator/IT/Telecom company. - A master's degree and/or equivalent professional work experience. - Good understanding, knowledge, and experience working in the Indian market. - A successful track record of filling deadline-driven recruitment projects and experience in filling senior and highly complex positions. - Executive presence with a proven ability to build and maintain partnerships with business heads. - Results-driven mindset with the ability to multi-task in an agile, deadline-driven environment. - Ability to foresee strategic business needs and talent markets to develop recruitment strategies that support strategic objectives. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with fluency in any other language as an advantage. - High self-awareness, coachability, resilience, and intelligence.
