Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) professional with 8–10 years of comprehensive recruitment and leadership experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition, including strategic workforce planning, employer branding, process optimization, and team management. This is a leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

 Talent Strategy & Planning: Own and drive the organization’s talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals. Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs across functions. Design and implement long-term recruiting strategies to meet future talent demands.

 Full-Cycle Recruitment Leadership: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes – sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Lead mid to senior-level hiring across verticals including sales, marketing, Finance, CXO office and corporate functions. Optimize and standardize recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and a great candidate experience.

 Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters; drive performance, capability building, and motivation. Define team goals, set KPIs, and review performance regularly.

 Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with CXOs and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and deliver quality hires within timelines. Serve as a trusted advisor on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence.

 Technology & Reporting: Leverage ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment tools to drive data-driven hiring decisions. Generate and share dashboards and reports to track hiring metrics, TAT, and funnel performance. Proficient in Excel

 Employer Branding: Drive initiatives to strengthen College Dekho’s employer brand. Create and execute recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent.

 Diversity & Inclusion: Promote inclusive hiring practices and ensure diverse talent pipelines.

Key Requirements

 8–10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.

 Proven expertise in hiring across multiple functions including marketing, sales, CXO office, finance and corporate functions.

 Strong experience in managing recruitment teams and scaling hiring in high-growth environments (preferably in startups or ed-tech).

 Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.

 In-depth understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing strategies, and talent analytics.

 Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.

 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

 MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field from a reputed institute.

 Exposure to modern hiring platforms, tools, and technologies.

 Prior experience in the education or technology sector is a plus.
