You will be joining uhomes.com, a leading global platform specializing in student accommodation services, with operations in 27 countries. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in India (Mumbai or Pune), you will have a pivotal role in nurturing our global talent pool and ensuring seamless office operations in the country. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating closely with hiring managers to tailor effective sourcing strategies. - Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and oversee onboarding for new hires to facilitate a smooth integration. - Manage day-to-day office operations, serving as the primary HR contact for the Mumbai or Pune office. - Ensure adherence to employment laws and HR best practices, while also handling employee relations, performance reviews, and engagement activities. - Coordinate training, development, and well-being programs for the team. - Contribute to implementing HR policies and practices across international offices, offering insights on workforce planning, retention strategies, and organizational development. - Act as a liaison between the local office and global HR functions to maintain consistency and alignment. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree is essential. - Minimum of 4 years of HR management experience, with a focus on talent acquisition and office management. - Proficiency in global recruitment practices and multi-region HR compliance. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international setting, working autonomously. - Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
