Job Title: Partnership Sales Executive About Us: Uhomes.com is a leading platform for student accommodation, offering a wide range of accommodation options to students across the world. The company was founded in 2015 by a team of experienced professionals in the real estate and technology industries who saw a need for a more streamlined and user-friendly approach to student housing. Our platform, combining technology with customised service, provides transparency and convenience to help students book accommodation online. Job Description: We are currently seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our channel partnership team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing partnerships with educational consultants, universities and other relevant organisations to promote our accommodation services. Your primary goal will be to expand our reach in the education sector, increase our customer base, and build strong relationships while developing strategies and ensuring smooth coordination between all parties involved. Key Responsibilities: Identify and Initiate Partnerships: Research and identify potential partners with Study Abroad Educational Consultants, including universities, colleges, and private educational institutions. Collaborate with the Partnerships Manager to create a strategic partnership plan aligned with the organization's goals. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in student accommodation preferences. Analyze market data to identify potential partnership opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including international education institutions and agencies. Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and ensure their needs are met. Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with legal and finance teams to negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. Ensure all contracts comply with relevant regulations and policies. Marketing Support: Coordinate marketing initiatives with partners, such as joint promotions, events, or webinars. Provide partners with marketing materials and support to promote our accommodation services effectively. Data Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnerships and report on the effectiveness of partnership programs. Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies. Qualifications: - - 1 to 5 years of experience in study abroad industry or student accommodation - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. - Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, preferably in the education or student accommodation sector will be beneficial. - Strong understanding of international education trends, study abroad programs, and student accommodation needs.
