Job Description: We are currently seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our channel partnership team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing partnerships with educational consultants, universities and other relevant organisations to promote our accommodation services. Your primary goal will be to expand our reach in the education sector, increase our customer base, and build strong relationships while developing strategies and ensuring smooth coordination between all parties involved. Key Responsibilities: Identify and Initiate Partnerships: Research and identify potential partners with Study Abroad Educational Consultants, including universities, colleges, and private educational institutions. Collaborate with the Partnerships Manager to create a strategic partnership plan aligned with the organization's goals. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in student accommodation preferences. Analyze market data to identify potential partnership opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including international education institutions and agencies. Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and ensure their needs are met. Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with legal and finance teams to negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
