💼 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (sourcing → screening → interviews → offer).
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Use job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking to identify talent.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/CRM systems.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage.
• Stay updated on tech hiring trends and market insights.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience as a

  n IT Recruite

  r, preferably in EU/UK/US markets
• Strong understanding of IT roles (developers, engineers, cloud, data, infra, etc).
• Experience sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social platforms.
• Excellent sourcing and Boolean search skills.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
• Knowledge of ATS tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday, Greenhouse, etc.) is a plu
